Live Nation buys Mexico City-based live events company Ocesa

Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is expanding further into Latin America and Spanish-language media, by taking a controlling interest in Ocesa Entretenimiento, a leading promoter in Latin America and owner of Ticketmaster Mexico.
