China's United Family Healthcare clinches $1.4 bln deal to list in New York

Chinese hospital operator United Family Healthcare will list on the New York Stock Exchange through its $1.4 billion sale to New Frontier Corp , a publicly traded special purpose acquisition vehicle, the companies said on Tuesday.
