Rosselló officially resigns as Puerto Rico governor, Pedro Pierluisi to be sworn in as replacement

Outgoing Puerto Rican Gov. Ricardo Rosselló made his resignation official Friday and announced he will swear in veteran politician Pedro Pierluisi as the island territory's new chief executive.
