Pinellas judge to hear motion to dismiss arguments in Edwards-Jimenez lawsuit

Attorneys for Jimenez are asking a judge to dismiss the lawsuit against, alleging he never signed noncompete confidentiality agreements with all of the plaintiffs in the case.
