United Way's annual Action Day prepares school supplies for 40,000 at-need students (gallery)

Over 4,000 volunteers gathered to fill backpacks with school supplies at the Xcel Energy Center. The backpacks will go to over 70 partnering nonprofits and school districts, which will distribute them to at-need students.
