GEM Motoring Assist is named Number One Breakdown Recovery Provider by Auto Express for the seventh year in a row.

RESULTS FROM the 2019 Auto Express Driver Power Survey show that GEM Motoring Assist has kept its place as the UK’s number one breakdown recovery provider for the seventh year running. The result also means GEM has occupied Auto Express’s top position for nine out of the past 12 years.
The survey showed that the GEM team were regarded as ‘excellent at keeping customers informed’ when they called for breakdown assistance, and that staff were ‘very friendly.’ There was also high praise for the ‘strong value for money’ offered by GEM.
Commenting on the Auto Express award, GEM chief executive Paula Williams said:

GEM’s success comes down to their great understanding of what outstanding customer service looks like. 67.8% of their customers waited less than an hour for help to arrive and 29.9% were towed to their garage of choice.
