Washington ICE detention center attack seen in video, ex-acting director says 'thousands' could have died

A burning vehicle sending flames raging along a fence can be seen in a new surveillance video obtained by Fox News that shows an attack last month at a local Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center in Washington state that the former acting director of the agency said Thursday could have killed "hundreds."
