In ‘disappointing’ decision, Weiner Ventures scraps air-rights tower at 1000 Boylston

Weiner Ventures originally planned to develop two towers at 1000 Boylston St. — a 33-story condominium tower and a 17-story apartment tower atop a 35,000-square-foot, six- to seven-story retail podium.
