Trump signs executive order in Louisville, steers clear of economic talk

The president was in town to give the keynote address for the American Veterans 75th annual national convention joint opening ceremony and to participate in a fundraiser for Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin, who is seeking reelection later in the year. Bevin is running against Democrat Andy Beshear, Kentucky attorney general.
