Former head of Hawaii electrical workers union indicted on federal conspiracy, wire fraud charges

Brian Ahakuelo, 58, his wife, Marilyn Ahakuelo, 55, and sister-in-law, Jennifer Estencion, 52,were charged on Thursday, the U.S. Attorney’s office in Honolulu said.
