Hurricane Dorian roars toward Florida as state of emergency declared

Hurricane Dorian is moving through the Caribbean and is expected to bring heavy rains to the Bahamas, Florida and the southeast U.S. this week, the National Weather Service said while cautioning residents to start preparing.
