Nearly 20% of Americans are making a 'huge mistake' with their retirement savings

Close to one in five Americans aren't contributing enough to their 401(k) plans to receive the company match. As a result, they aren't earning the "free money" they could and are not getting the boost to their retirement savings that they could be.
