Steve Schoeny signs on as UA manager, Michael Stevens named interim Columbus development chief

Columbus Chief Innovation Officer Michael Stevens will step in as interim director of the city Department of Development as six-year chief Steve Schoeny departs to become Upper Arlington city manager.
