Northern Kentucky leader says horse racing should stay at Turfway

Horse racing in Northern Kentucky should stay at Turfway Park, but Boone County Judge Executive Gary Moore blamed the racetrack’s owners for the prospect of Churchill Downs challenging it by building a new racetrack in the region.
