Fotis Dulos, missing mom Jennifer Dulos' estranged husband, to face judge

Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of Connecticut missing Connecticut mother of five, Jennifer Dulos, is scheduled to appear before a judge on Monday where he is expected to answer questions about why he allegedly is not properly charging his Global Positioning System (GPS) monitoring device that he was ordered to wear while out on bond.
