Union Row developers announce startup-centric 'smart city'

"The whole premise here is to create jobs through these innovation assets. One of the biggest problems we have is, we build up some of these companies and then they move away, because there's investment capital elsewhere. We want to keep them here, invest in them, and then let them move into a place like Union Row."
