UPDATE 1-New Jersey denies permit for PennEast natgas pipeline - state governor

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy tweeted on Friday that state environmental regulators denied a permit that PennEast Pipeline Co needed to build its proposed $1 billion natural gas pipe from Pennsylvania to New Jersey.
