Electro Scan sees big opportunities in small-town sewer systems

Electro Scan Inc., a Sacramento-based provider of technology to inspect sewer pipes, got commissioned to test the sewer system of La Grange, North Carolina, which has been hit by hurricane flooding twice in three years.
