Inside Walmart's plan to hire more teenagers

There is no company in the world that employs more people than Walmart. Of its 1.4 million U.S. workers, however, fewer than 25,000 are in high school. So the retailer is trying a new recruiting approach: offering free SAT and ACT prep, subsidizing a large chunk of their college tuition, and offering them the chance to earn some college credit.
