Ex-Barron's top female adviser banned for exploiting elderly TV network co-founder

Ami Forte, a former advisor for Morgan Stanley who was once deemed one of Barron’s top female advisors, has been barred from the financial industry for exploiting elderly HSN, Inc. co-founder Roy Speer out of more than $9 million in commissions.
