Stephen King: 'Doctor Sleep' film redeems Stanley Kubrick's 'Shining' adaptation

It's no secret that "The Shining" author Stephen King was not a fan of Stanley Kubrick's adaptation of his novel nearly 40 years ago. However, Mike Flanagan's adaptation of "Doctor Sleep" has redeemed Kubrick's film for King.
