Cranley hopes to start redeveloping city-controlled Banks lots before leaving office

Mayor John Cranley told reporters after City Council’s Wednesday meeting that it’s unclear what will happen with Lots 1 and 13 north of Paul Brown Stadium or what process the city will use to develop the lots.
