Hawaii wins $20M grant for elevated walkway over Ala Moana Boulevard

The federal Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development, or BUILD, grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation would cover two-thirds of the estimated $30 million cost of the walkway, which would connect The Howard Hughes Corp.'s Ward Village with Kewalo Basin.
