Council vote moves OTR mixed-use project forward

A major mixed-use project being developed by Over-the-Rhine Community Housing and the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. that will bring new affordable apartments and commercial space received tax breaks on Thursday from Cincinnati City Council.
