Illinois girl, 14, tried to rob woman who shot her in chest, both charged, Chicago police say

A teenage girl who was shot in the chest in a Chicago neighborhood Friday night is now facing an attempted robbery charge after officials said she tried to rob a woman she was meeting up with for a sale.
