Despite boycott threats, Phoenix approves airport fees on Uber and Lyft

For a second time, the Phoenix City Council approved a measure Wednesday to increase fees for ride-hailing companies like Uber (NYSE: UBER) and Lyft (Nasdaq: LYFT) when they pick up or drop off passengers at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
