Sudan reaches settlement with families of USS Cole victims

Sudan said on Thursday a settlement has been reached for the families of U.S. Navy sailors killed in the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen, in an effort to have the African country taken off the U.S. terrorism list.
