U.S. Bank Stadium needs $21 million reskin to fix leaky panels; contractors will pay

The black zinc panels that make U.S. Bank Stadium so recognizable have caused water problems almost since the stadium opened, and this week officials said the panels will have to all be replaced — at a cost of $21 million.
