Council OKs $150 million in borrowing to deal with coronavirus emergencies

Cincinnati City Council voted unanimously on Friday to allow the city's administration to borrow up to $150 million for emergency, coronavirus disease 2019 related expenses, including to keep basic services operating in the event of a major economic downturn.
