Rep. Doug Collins says Congress looking at new ways to vote as coronavirus keeps lawmakers home

Although the Senate was able to unanimously pass a historic $2 trillion emergency stimulus package Wednesday night, how members of the House would vote on it is being called into question amid coronavirus (COVID-19) fears, Rep. Doug Collins, R-Ga., said Thursday.
