Amtrak reduces Hiawatha trips by more than 70% due to COVID-19

This past Friday, the U.S. Secretary of Transportation announced the USDOT was making $1.02 billion available to Amtrak under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, or CARES Act.
