Gov. Evers hopes new PPP funding will help state's small businesses survive, prep for reopening

As of Thursday, the state is just shy of an 11,000 test-per-day capacity, said DHS secretary designee Andrea Palm. To reopen the economy, Evers wants the state to be able to do 12,000 tests per day.
