SEC charges Hillsborough man with spending $5.5M in investor money on cars, strip club and cryptocurrency

The SEC claims that a Hillsborough County man raised $5.5 million to buy marijuana dispensaries in Colorado, but instead spent the funds at an adult entertainment establishment and on vintage cars.
