Third train line proposed in Project Connect mass transit plan for Austin

Project Connect, Capital Metro's long-term transit infrastructure plan, already included both Blue and Orange lines. Now officials are looking at a third light-rail route, the Gold Line, that would connect the ACC campus in the Highland area to UT, downtown and St. Edward's.
