Zilli Hospitality Group suffered one major and undisclosed cancellation of a catering contract for a Democratic National Convention-related event, but as CEO Jim Zilli discusses on this week’s Milwaukee Business Journal podcast, the company hopes to salvage multiple other DNC events that are on hold for now.
