The Buenos Aires Polo Club can be found at 7/F, LKF Tower, 33 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong. The design project was completed in 2016 for Black Sheep Restaurants. Seating 102 diners with an Argentine steakhouse/western theme. The restaurant features an equestrian sporting theme with walls lined with sporting memorabilia with heavy equestrian accents. The décor gives off an atmosphere of a stately country club and refinement where diners can relax in great style and comfort.
The Wooloomooloo Steakhouse can be found at G7-8, UG17-18, Tsim Sha Tsui Centre, 66 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong. The project was completed in 2015 for the Wooloomooloo Group. With 139 seats indoors and 53 seats outdoors, the steakhouse offers a western menu and is well-positioned facing the Kowloon promenade. Diners can enjoy a good steak while admiring a view of the Hong Kong skyline. The comfortable, and casual interior uses warm earth tones and natural materials. It was designed to create an atmosphere that is easy and informal, yet never feels dated.
The Wooloomooloo Prime can be found at 100 Nathan Road, The One, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Completed in 2010 for the Wooloomooloo Group, this iconic restaurant is unique for its location perched high above the city on the 21st floor of THE ONE shopping mall. With truly spectacular views across the city that can be seen through large floor to ceiling windows, this project needed a style and ambiance to match its stunning surroundings. The outdoor terrace offers amazing 270-degree vistas of Victoria Harbour. The lounge, open kitchen with high tables and main dining room seats 200 people, including a private dining room for 14 people. The warm, natural earth tones used for the furniture and décor perfectly complement each other and don’t steal the limelight from the spectacular views from the restaurant windows.
