Cranley makes curfew citywide, sets new start time

Mayor John Cranley on Sunday instituted a citywide curfew for Sunday night and Monday night, a night after protests moved from the city's basin up Vine Street to Clifton Heights, where some involved smashed windows at businesses and a Cincinnati police officer was shot at.
