Texas has entered Phase 3 of reopening, Gov. Abbott announces

Bars and other businesses operating at 25% capacity can immediately expand to 50% occupancy, according to a June 3 announcement from Gov. Greg Abbott. Amusement parks can also begin opening, with some exceptions. Phase 3 is now upon us.
