Abbott: More people now allowed in bars, other businesses under next phase of Texas' reopening

Bars and other businesses can immediately expand capacity from 25 to 50 percent, Gov. Greg Abbott said June 3. Some amusement parks can also begin opening. Other changes take effect next week.
