J.C. Penney closing 154 stores, including 3 in Twin Cities

J.C. Penney Co. Inc., the struggling retail chain that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month, will shutter four stores in Minnesota — three of them in the metro area — as part of a broad restructuring plan.
