McClatchy to eliminate leases on seven newsrooms to cut costs as part of bankruptcy

Sacramento-based newspaper publisher The McClatchy Co. will move journalists out of newsrooms in seven of its 30 markets to reduce costs on leases as the company works through its Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
