State of Minnesota sues energy giants over climate change

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison on Wednesday sued ExxonMobil Corp., Koch Industries and the American Petroleum Institute, arguing that the energy-sector companies had deliberately misled the state and consumers over how their products impacted climate change.
