Yamaha is testing an app that would let sports fans pipe virtual 'cheers' into empty stadiums

As the coronavirus pandemic is preventing many fans from attending live sports, Japanese company Yamaha is testing out a new remote cheering project. Fans can show their support through the press of a button and it gets amplified into the stadiums.
