Diversity and Inclusion is a key pillar of CNH Industrial N.V.’s corporate culture and provides a wider platform for step change for local communities. Thus, the Company is pleased to have one of its recent initiatives listed among the best practices selected by the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) in their brochure Uniting for Diversity, launched in the presence of the European Commission and Members of the European Parliament. IVECO, the commercial vehicles brand of CNH Industrial, was the first industrial company in Spain to integrate people with cognitive impairments on the production line at its Madrid plant, where the brand’s heavy duty S-Way truck is produced. This is an important example aimed at building a working environment where all employees feel comfortable, empowered and valued.
