Michels Corp. to take over more Port Milwaukee land under 99-year lease

Michels Corp. would expand its footprint at the Port Milwaukee with a 99-year lease and DeLong Co. would lead a $30 million shipping facility for agricultural projects under two proposals up for consideration on Thursday.
