University of Minnesota will delay opening dorms, classrooms

The University of Minnesota Board of Regents on Monday voted to delay bringing students back to dormitories and in-person undergraduate courses for at least two weeks, a blow to the school's hopes for a somewhat normal start to the fall semester.
