Biden vows to protect Roe vs. Wade if he wins

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden promised that he would pass legislation to make Roe v. Wade "the law of the land" and protect it from being overturned by a Supreme Court that could soon be filled with a majority of conservative justices.
