Toomey bill would allow use of retirement funds to pay for long-term care insurance

Toomey’s bill, the Long-Term Care Affordability Act, would loosen restrictions on 401(k), 403(b) and IRA regulations to allow people to pay up to $2,500 each year using those accounts without a tax penalty.
