Sen. Van Hollen claims 'McConnell’s fingerprints are all over the death' of COVID-19 relief package

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., threw a "grenade" into coronavirus relief negotiations between the White House and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., effectively ending any chance of reaching a deal before the Nov. 3 election, Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., told "Your World" Thursday.
