Flynn case judge issues unusual order telling government to certify evidence is ‘true and correct’

The federal judge in the case of former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn told the Justice Department to file a declaration -- under penalty of perjury -- by Monday that evidence in the case is “true and correct.”
